We're looking for a Human Liaison to represent the people our customers already know and trust.
The role
- Be available, in principle, to customers who ask to speak to a person.
- Lend your name and your usual sign-off to conversations HANDOFFice handles on your behalf.
- Attend no meetings. Your calendar is kept for you.
What you'll need
- A name customers can trust.
- A working voice. HANDOFFice learns it from your sent messages, so there's nothing to prepare.
- Comfort with continuity.
Hours
None required. HANDOFFice covers evenings, weekends and leave, so you never need to be online.
